Caregiver/CNA/HHA - Facility Care - Above Average Pay

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver/CNA/HHA to join our team! As a caregiver/CNA/HHA, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with their daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting and transferring techniques
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement resident care plans
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a caregiver/cna/hha in a facility setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to caregiving
- Ability to follow instructions and work within established protocols
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
