Position: Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Hours - 20 to 30 hours per week
Shift Schedule: Mon - Fri
Pay Rate : $18/hr

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Administer medication under the supervision of a registered nurse.
Assist with mobility and transfer of residents, utilizing appropriate techniques and equipment.
Observe and report any changes in residents' condition or behavior to the nursing staff.
Support residents in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a caregiver/cna/hha in a facility setting preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic and patient-centered approach to caregiving
Ability to follow instructions and work within established protocols
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
