Effraim Home Care is actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Caregiver Experience Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling Caregivers: As the Caregiver Experience Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling caregivers to fill open shifts. This requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to match the right caregiver with the specific needs of each client.

2. Recruiting Caregivers: You will play a vital role in the recruitment process by actively seeking out qualified caregivers to join our team. This includes creating job postings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and performing background checks to ensure the highest quality of care.

3. Interviewing Caregivers: Conducting thorough interviews allows us to assess the qualifications, experience, and compatibility of potential caregivers. As the Caregiver Experience Manager, you will conduct interviews to evaluate candidates and determine their suitability for our organization.

4. Training Caregivers: Ensuring that our caregivers are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills is crucial to providing exceptional care. You will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover topics such as safety procedures, communication skills, and specialized care techniques.

Requirements:

- Passion for helping seniors stay at home with quality care.
- Outgoing personality and the ability to establish positive relationships with caregivers and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in caregiver scheduling, recruitment, interviewing, and training is preferred.
