We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team and provide essential support to our clients during the day. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in others' lives.
Position Details:
- Hours: 36 hours/week (Day Shift)

Schedule:
- Monday - Saturday 11AM-5PM
- Pay Rate: $15/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with clients’ personal care needs.
- Offer medication reminders and assist with administration as necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, meal preparation, and general tidying.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ condition to the care coordinator.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and empathetic personality.
- Strong ability to work independently and follow established care plans.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
