Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in 19131 Philadelphia, PA . This role involves providing support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily activities, and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:
✔ Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation
✔ Support individuals in engaging with the community and social activities
✔ Provide companionship and emotional support
✔ Follow individualized care plans and ensure a safe environment

Requirements:
✔ Prior experience as a DSP or caregiver preferred (but not required)
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Compassionate, patient, and responsible
