Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Community Support

Location: Bucks County, PA (Multiple community locations)

Pay Rate: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bucks County, PA.
As a DSP, you will play an important role in helping individuals live fulfilling, independent lives while engaging in community activities and daily living tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care and support in the community and home settings

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and mobility support

  • Encourage participation in community events, recreational activities, and appointments

  • Support individuals in developing social and life skills

  • Document daily activities, progress notes, and incident reports accurately

  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals at all times

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, or healthcare aide preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation strongly preferred

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

  • Ability to pass background checks and required clearances

Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling options available (Weekdays, evenings, weekends)

  • Consistent weekly hours available based on program need
