Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Community Participation Support (CPS) Staff / Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual in the Mount Airy area. This role focuses on promoting independence, community engagement, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-on-one support in the community
Assist with daily living and social activities
Encourage community participation and engagement
Support the individual in achieving personal goals
Ensure safety and well-being at all times
Maintain professional communication with the care team

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred
Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and provide structured support
Valid driver’s license preferred
Must pass background checks and clearances
