We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our residential living team in Willow Grove, PA. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and making a difference in their daily lives, we would love to hear from you!

Available Shifts:

✅ Overnight Shifts
✅ Evening Shifts
✅ Weekend Shifts
✅ Part-Time Opportunities Available

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home setting
Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, hygiene, and community outings
Support clients in achieving independence and daily goals
Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment
Complete documentation and communicate with team members professionally
Transport clients to appointments or community activities as needed

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
Previous DSP, caregiver, behavioral health, or home care experience preferred
Experience working with individuals with IDD is a plus
Reliable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to work assigned schedules consistently
