We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential living home in Willow Grove, PA. Multiple shifts are available, including overnight, evening, part-time, and weekend schedules.
Available Shift Schedules:
Overnight Staff 1
- Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Overnight Staff 2
- Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
- Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
1st Shift Staff (Part-Time)
(Client attends day program Tuesday–Thursday)
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift Staff
- Monday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Shifts
Weekend 1
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Weekend 2
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, meals, and companionship
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Complete documentation and communicate effectively with staff
- Transport clients to activities or appointments as needed
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
- DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or related experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
