We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential living home in Willow Grove, PA. Multiple shifts are available, including overnight, evening, part-time, and weekend schedules.

Available Shift Schedules:

Overnight Staff 1

Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Monday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Overnight Staff 2

Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

1st Shift Staff (Part-Time)

(Client attends day program Tuesday–Thursday)

Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

2nd Shift Staff

Monday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Tuesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Weekend Shifts

Weekend 1

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Weekend 2

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and supervision in a residential setting
Assist with activities of daily living, hygiene, meals, and companionship
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)
Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Complete documentation and communicate effectively with staff
Transport clients to activities or appointments as needed

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED
DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or related experience preferred
Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Compassionate, dependable, and patient
