Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is hiring caring and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Available Shifts

Shift 3
Location: Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152

Every Other Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Every Other Sunday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM

Shift 4 (Weekend Rotation)
Weekday Location: 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126

Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Weekend Location: Sperry St, Philadelphia, PA 19152

Every Other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Every Other Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
Promote independence and community participation.
Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
Complete daily documentation accurately and timely.
Transport individuals to appointments and community outings as needed.

Qualifications

Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.
High School Diploma or GED.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Ability to pass all required background clearances.
Previous DSP or caregiving experience is a plus.
