We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide quality care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a residential setting.
Whether you're looking for daytime, evening, overnight, or every-other-weekend hours, we have multiple schedules available!
⭐ OPEN SHIFTS
🌙 SHIFT 1 – OVERNIGHT
Sunday–Wednesday
- Sunday: 9 PM–9 AM
- Monday: 11 PM–9 AM
- Tuesday: 11 PM–9 AM
- Wednesday: 11 PM–9 AM
🌆 SHIFT 2 – EVENING
Monday–Friday | 4 PM–11 PM
- Monday: 4 PM–11 PM
- Tuesday: 4 PM–11 PM
- Wednesday: 4 PM–11 PM
- Thursday: 4 PM–11 PM
- Friday: 4 PM–11 PM
🌙 SHIFT 3 – EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Saturday & Sunday | 9 PM–9 AM

💼 WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a DSP, you will:
- Support individuals with daily living activities
- Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Assist with meals, routines, and household activities
- Help maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Follow individual service plans and agency guidelines
- Document services and communicate important updates
- Support individuals both at home and in the community
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid Driver’s License – REQUIRED 🚗
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate and patient
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
