Weekend 1:

Every other weekend schedule β ideal for candidates looking for a part-time weekend opportunity.
πΌ DSP RESPONSIBILITIES
As a DSP, you will:
- β€οΈ Provide compassionate direct support
- π Assist with daily living activities and routines
- π‘οΈ Promote safety and well-being
- π Encourage independence and community involvement
- π€ Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- π½οΈ Assist with meals and household routines as needed
- π Complete required documentation
- Communicate important updates with the care team

QUALIFICATIONS
- π Valid Driverβs License REQUIRED
- Reliable and dependable
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
