We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a residential setting in Willow Grove, PA.

πΌ WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a DSP, you will:
- β€οΈ Provide compassionate support and companionship
- π Assist with daily living activities and routines
- π‘οΈ Promote safety and well-being
- π Encourage independence and community participation
- π½οΈ Assist with meals and household activities as needed
- π Complete required documentation
- π€ Work collaboratively with the care team
- Support individuals in maintaining a safe, respectful, and comfortable home environment

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- π Valid Driverβs License REQUIRED
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous DSP, caregiver, healthcare, or direct-care experience is a plus
- Must successfully complete required background checks and onboarding requirements
